Nourished: A Gathering at The Whidbey Institute
April 25 - 27, 2026
With Professional Certified Coaches Beth Batson, Lilly Georgieva, Erin Long, and Elise Majorossy
Rest. Play. Connect.
Join us for a weekend of deep restoration, nourishing meals, and meaningful connection on Washington’s Whidbey Island. Pause, reset your tired nervous system, and invite joy, awe, and presence back into your life.
Why This Matters
So many of us are stretched thin and flirting with burnout. We move from one responsibility to the next, giving our all and pushing rest aside. In the process, we neglect our own needs, directing our energy outward instead of inward.
We’ve been taught that exhaustion is a badge of honor and productivity equals worth. So when the time to rest finally comes, we often don’t know how to meet it. We fill the space with more doing, more noise, more distraction.
Beneath that constant motion, there’s a deep longing to reconnect with ourselves, with others, and with something steady and alive within us.
What if you could feel, deep in your bones, that rest, joy, and play aren’t indulgences to be earned, but essentials to be nurtured and shared?
What if they became a daily practice? An invitation for laughter and connection to weave naturally back into your life?
Our Intention
Nourished offers a chance to step out of the cycle of overwhelm and into a grounded rhythm of rest, play, and connection.
This weekend isn’t about checking out of life — it’s about checking in with yourself, replenishing your energy, and carrying that vitality back into the world.
It’s a time to rest, re-center, and reclaim joy through nature, nourishment, creativity, and intentional community. You’ll have room to laugh, move, explore, and be still. Space to remember that play and pleasure are powerful forms of restoration.
Do you work in spaces of impact, leadership, or service? Do you give your all to your clients, your team, or your cause? If yes, this weekend is for you.
It’s a space to receive — to settle into your own wisdom, reconnect with purpose, and move forward with clarity and ease.
