4 Tuition & Retreat Expenses

We are committed to serving people in different economic circumstances. To cover our tuition expenses (costs of the retreat programming, registration, administrative fees, materials, etc.), we utilize a sliding scale using Alexis J. Cunningfolk’s Green Bottle Method. We invite you to utilize this graphic to determine your investment.

Our retreat tuition ranges from $500 to $900. This cost will be added to your Lodging Package at checkout.

Please be mindful that there is a limited number of community-supported spots. If you can comfortably or regularly meet your needs, please register at a higher tier to allow access for someone who may not otherwise be able to attend.

Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that unexpected things happen in life; we request your help in ensuring that we are operating together in integrity. If you find it necessary to cancel, a full refund will be given if notice is received at least 120 days prior to the beginning of the event. For cancellations received less than 120 days prior to the start date, NO refund will be given, regardless of the reason. Please communicate changes as soon as possible to registration@whidbeyinstitute.org. Privacy Policy When you register for a program with the Whidbey Institute, your information stays with us and the program facilitators and is neither shared with nor sold to other organizations. We may share names and contact information with you and other participants in this program to support you in carpooling, connecting, or staying involved with your peers after the event. We only gather information we need in order to support you in having the best possible experience at the Whidbey Institute. $	Equity Scholarship Your equity scholarship donation to The Whidbey Institute supports participants with historically marginalized identities, including BIPOC and LGBTQUIA+ identities, in participating at lower cost in future programs. This is a new fund, and when sufficient donations have been received we will begin to accept applications for scholarship support.
