As a sage with a deep interest in human development and organizational health, Debra has become known for creative human-centered program development along with her zesty inclusive social learning and facilitation skills. Her areas of focus include equity, inclusion, and belonging, leadership development, change management, coaching, and organizational health. Debra has a 20+ years of experience working in the areas of criminal law, social justice, and government. Additionally, Debra teaches alongside her husband, Kevin Baker at Seattle University.
