2027 Availability

We have limited availability remaining for 2027. Available dates will depend on your group size, length of stay, lodging needs, and time of year. We are continuing to review Program Inquiry Forms on a rolling basis. However, before completing the form, we encourage you to check availability for your preferred dates by emailing contracts@whidbeyinstitute.org.

A 16 person minimum and at least a 2 night stay is required for meals and lodging unless being paired with another group. Pairing is only available for select dates.

Please note: The Whidbey Institute does not offer lodging, meeting, or event space for personal stays unrelated to programs taking place onsite.
