Are you a woman in midlife who is wondering:

What do I want next?

Maybe your children are growing up or leaving home. Your career or relationships are changing. Your body feels different.

Or perhaps you simply know that something is shifting.

Whatever brought you here, this is an invitation to pause, step into the woods, and listen inward – to what you need, what you’re ready to release, and what is calling you forward?

Our gathering will include: opening breath, forest bath, journaling, sound meditation and tea ceremony.

To arrive at the Storyhouse Meadow parking lot:
Turn left at the Storyhouse Meadow sign – off of Old Pietila.
Drive up the hill, stay to the right, keep driving until you reach the very end, which is the parking lot.
There is a parking sign at the parking lot, and a Storyhouse sign indicating the way to the building.
After parking, walk a short distance down the forest road – past the porta potty on your left – to the Storyhouse meadow.
We will meet in the Storyhouse Meadow in front of the Storyhouse building.
