Spring Gathering 2024
With Marta Mulholland, Diana Sandoval, Aaron Johnson and Community
April 11 - 14, 2024
Resilience in Community
Two options for attending:
-
- Attend the full 4-day retreat to immerse yourself in the land and in the community of the Gathering. The spacious schedule includes time for art and movement plus interactive plenaries and a chance to host, or participate in, open sessions. Evenings will close with optional activities including an outdoor fire, song circle, and open mic night on Saturday.
 - Attend Friday only for a full day workshop led by Aaron Johnson of Holistic Resistance. Aaron is a gifted facilitator, healer, and community builder. He uses a variety of tools including deep questions, connection, and embodiment to invite us to grow beyond the lenses we carry and undo from oppressive systems.

Friday evening will close with an after dinner Song Circle led by Aaron that is also open to community members not attending the Spring Gathering.
The Gathering always fills quickly so we encourage you to make your reservation!
If you are planning to attend on Friday only, please follow this link: Friday Only!
COMMUNITY SCHOLARSHIP FUND:
We strive to be accessible and inclusive, and offer a limited number of scholarships to that end. We encourage applications from those whose identities intersect with, but are not limited to: Black, Indigenous, People of Color, LGBTQIA+, people with disabilities, newcomers, youth, and elders.
If you are able to contribute to the scholarship fund, much appreciation! You will receive a letter acknowledging your tax-deductible donation. Thank you!
HELP US EXPAND OUR COMMUNITY:
Do you know a dynamic leader or creative who you think should attend and who also identifies as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, as having a disability, or is a newcomer, youth, or elder? Let us know!
HEALTH & SAFETY:
It is our priority to protect the health of everyone who comes to The Whidbey Institute, including guests, program leaders, and staff. We ask that everyone do a rapid Covid test upon arriving at the Whidbey Institute. Covid tests will be provided.
