To select lodging, click on one of the options below. Meals, tuition, and fees are included in the price.
If you are choosing a queen bedroom, when you make your lodging selection please choose 2 for "Guests in Room".
If you are taking the Whidbey/SEATAC Shuttle, please include your drop off time at the Langley/Clinton stop.
If you are walking on the ferry, please include when you expect to arrive at the Clinton ferry terminal.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that unexpected things happen in life; we request your help in ensuring that we are operating together in integrity. If you find it necessary to cancel, a full refund will be given if notice is received at least 120 days prior to the beginning of the event. For cancellations received less than 120 days prior to the start date, NO refund will be given, regardless of the reason. Please communicate changes as soon as possible to registration@whidbeyinstitute.org.
Outstanding Balance
You agree to allow the Whidbey Institute to charge any outstanding balances in your account to your credit card on file by two weeks prior to the start date of your program.
Privacy Policy
When you register for a program with the Whidbey Institute, your information stays with us and the program facilitators and is neither shared with nor sold to other organizations.
We may share names and contact information with you and other participants in this program to support you in carpooling, connecting, or staying involved with your peers after the event. You may opt out of having your information shared in this way during the registration process.
We only gather information we need in order to support you in having the best possible experience at the Whidbey Institute. When you register for a program with us, your contact information will be added to our secure database and newsletter list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
If you are paying via deposit, please note that the full balance will be due by December 10th. Any unpaid balances will be charged to the card on file on December 11th.
The credit card processing fee is a charge enforced by the credit card companies. We do not accept American Express. To inquire about alternative payment methods, please contact Cedric Bertelli.
