In a world full of noise and expectations, this is a time for teens to tune into themselves.

The Power of You retreat invites teens ages 15–19 to step into their own power—confidently, authentically, and without apology—through a mindfulness-based approach.

Join us at the Whidbey Institute, a beautiful retreat center inside 106 acres of conservation forest on Whidbey Island, WA. Teens will participate in a variety of activities and learn valuable tools from a team of facilitators who come from different walks of life, colors, and lived experiences.

Led by Caverly Morgan, nationally recognized mindfulness teacher, author, and creator of the Peace in Schools curriculum. A true community collaboration between Whidbey Institute, Realizing Freedom Together, Khan Lab School and Caverly Morgan LLC.
