- A special multi-course meal prepared by the Whidbey Institute’s Lead Chef Miles Harrison and team. Current menu plan:
Appetizers: veggies with roasted garlic hummus; barbecued tofu skewers; herbed chickpea fries with curry aioli
Roast chicken or bell pepper entree with chimichuri sauce
Light salad, vegetable casserole and potatoes supreme
Chocolate and berry dessert - Wine pairings from Spoiled Dog Winery, curated by Whidbey Institute’s new Development Manager Courtney Alampi.
- Special non-alcohol beverage options: sparkling water, dried cherry/cucumber water, and fresh limeade.
- Live acoustic music before and after dinner.
- No speaker presentations, slides, videos or fundraising pitch!
