2027 POL II: From Heart to Purpose
With Debra R. Baker and Phyllis Shulman
February 5 - 7, 2027
In a time when our humanity, resilience, and sense of connection are being tested, we invite you to join us for a meaningful gathering of the Powers of Leadership (POL) alumni community.
2027 POL II: From Heart to Purpose is an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and remember what matters most. Together, we will create space to laugh, reflect, discover, and renew our commitment to purposeful leadership and community.
Through conversation, reflection, creativity, and consultation, we will explore how our personal stories, values, and aspirations can guide us through today’s adaptive challenges and into a more intentional future.
Together, we will:
Deepen our connection to our essential selves and sense of purpose
Discover and embrace the beauty, artistry, and creativity inherent in leadership and life
Reflect on the experiences, relationships, and moments that have shaped who we are
Explore what it means to liberate ourselves in the face of complex challenges
Strengthen and nurture the community that sustains us
Engage in meaningful consultation and shared learning
Whether you are seeking inspiration, renewal, connection, or simply time to be with fellow alumni, this gathering offers a place to reconnect with your heart, your purpose, and one another.
Come as you are. Leave renewed, inspired, and connected.
We look forward to being with you at 2027 POL II: From Heart to Purpose.
Register soon to ensure your space!
