Nourished: A Gathering at The Whidbey Institute
With Beth Batson, PCC, Lilly Georgieva, PCC, Erin Long, PCC and WE Ignite
March 11 - 14, 2027
Rest. Play. Connect.
Join us for a time of deep restoration, joyful movement, and meaningful connection on Washington’s Whidbey Island. Pause, reset your tired nervous system, and invite play, awe, and presence back into your life.
Why This Matters
Many of us are stretched thin and flirting with burnout. We move from one responsibility to the next and push rest aside. We’ve been taught that exhaustion is a badge of honor, so when rest finally comes, we don’t know how to receive it. We fill the space with more doing, more noise, more distraction.
What would be possible if you knew, deep in your bones, that rest and play are essential ingredients of your daily life?
Our Intention
Nourished is a chance to settle into your own wisdom, replenish your energy, and carry that vitality back into the world.
It’s a time to reconnect through nature, nourishment, creativity, and intentional community. You’ll have room to laugh, move, explore, and be still. Space to remember that play and pleasure are powerful forms of restoration.
Do you give your all to others – your clients, your team, or your cause? If you’re in spaces of impact, leadership, or service, this retreat is for you.
Note: this retreat is open to all.
