Outstanding Balance
You agree to allow the Whidbey Institute to charge any outstanding balances in your account to your credit card on file by two weeks prior to the start date of your program.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that unexpected things happen in life; we request your help in ensuring that we are operating together in integrity. For Annual Passes, if you find it necessary to cancel, a full refund will be given if notice is received within 30 days of the date of purchase. Cancellations received less than 30 days from the date of purchase, NO refund will be given, regardless of the reason. Single Session Passes are valid for the dates indicated at the time of registration and are non-transferable. Single Session Passes are non-refundable. Please communicate changes as soon as possible to registration@whidbeyinstitute.org.
Privacy Policy
When you register for a program with the Whidbey Institute, your information stays with us and the program facilitators and is neither shared with nor sold to other organizations.
We may share names and contact information with you and other participants in this program to support you in carpooling, connecting, or staying involved with your peers after the event. You may opt out of having your information shared in this way during the registration process.
We only gather information we need in order to support you in having the best possible experience at the Whidbey Institute. When you register for a program with us, your contact information will be added to our secure database and newsletter list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
