Two Concert in the Woods performances:
Saturday August 15 at 6pm & Sunday August 16 at 2pm
No RSVP/ registration required, just come as you are. This is a family friendly event and is by-donation.The concerts are an eclectic show of community-based contemporary dance works and improvisational work. Guest artist and Whidbey Institute Poet Laureate Mary Elizebeth Himes will be presenting during the weekend, and there will be an audio piece created by off-island Artists Khairat Salum that will be accompanied with improvisational work.Local artists create new work every year for this annual Concert in the Woods.
