Join us for a day of GRATITUDE. We will use Sound, Light, Motion and Love to bring forth our expressions through the Ekphrastic model of expressive writing.

This is an Expressive Writing Workshop with facilitator and Whidbey Institute Poet Laureate Mary Elizabeth Himes.

This workshop is for all people ages 18+.

Sunday, November 8, 10am-4pm in Thomas Berry Hall.

During our time together we will explore expressive writing through emotional connection of self. To gain self-awareness and increase levels of communicating emotions in written and verbal forms to find and release tension in the mind, body, and spirit.
