2026 Touch Drawing Terms & Conditions *	I accept the Terms and Conditions listed below. Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that unexpected things happen in life; we request your help in ensuring that we are operating together in integrity. If you find it necessary to cancel, a full refund will be given if notice is received at least 120 days prior to the beginning of the event. If you must cancel after March 7th due to a health issue or family crisis, contact Deborah at center@touchdrawing.com to discuss a refund of your tuition, further CTD sponsorship of a refund if truly needed, (CTD will have to cover your costs) or transfer of your registration fees to a scholarship recipient. Outstanding Balance On March 8, registrations paid via the 50% deposit that are still outstanding will be charged. Privacy Policy When you register for a program with the Whidbey Institute, your information stays with us and the program facilitators and is neither shared with nor sold to other organizations. We may share names and contact information with you and other participants in this program to support you in carpooling, connecting, or staying involved with your peers after the event. You may opt out of having your information shared in this way during the registration process. We only gather information we need in order to support you in having the best possible experience at the Whidbey Institute. When you register for a program with us, your contact information will be added to our secure database and newsletter list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
