Monthly Meditation Gatherings with Caverly Morgan will focus on direct experiences of who we truly are, integrating practice into our everyday lives, and embodying realization. Caverly combines meditation with a facilitated group discussion that is interactive and personal. Gatherings are designed both for newcomers and those who would like to deepen their practice.

Healing Retreat For Survivors of Child Sexual Trauma

The annual Healing Retreat for survivors of child sexual trauma offers a ceremonial container for bringing survivors together to free ourselves from the effects of trauma on our bodies, hearts, minds and spirits. Participants are invited to honor, grieve and celebrate the trials and triumphs in the journey of healing from childhood sexual abuse. Created for survivors by survivors, we use a holistic approach to unravel the pervasiveness of isolation, silence and shame. The retreat includes talking circles, somatic practice, movement, visualization, song, grief rituals, and quiet integration time in nature.

The Seattle School of Tai Chi welcomes you to a relaxing experience learning and practicing Tai Chi. Open to those who have learned the entire Tai Chi Form with us or other Tai Chi Foundation teachers. (This means having taken Beginning Form, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Thirds.)
